All Sales Are Final
All sales made through J Lee Hair are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases once the transaction is complete. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and resolving any issues related to damaged or incorrect items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We inspect all items before shipment, but if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send an email to info@jleehair.com with detailed photos and a description of the issue. We will review your case and offer a resolution, such as a replacement or a store credit, depending on the situation.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped, and we will no longer be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned. These include:
- Custom or Personalized Products: Items made specifically to order.
- Personal Care Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on beauty, haircare, or other personal care products.
- Perishable Goods: Products that have a limited shelf life or require special handling.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any concerns about a specific item, feel free to contact us for clarification.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original item in accordance with our policy, and place a new order for the replacement.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to a destination within the European Union, you have the right to return your items within 14 days from the delivery date without needing to provide a reason. The item must be in the same condition as when received—unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with the tags still attached. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
